Acrylic Freestanding Bathtubs

Our Modern Acrylic freestanding tubs are manufactured of 5mm thick sanitary grade precision acrylic extrusions that are considerably heavier in comparison to those found in most other products. All our bathtubs attribute a built-in metal base frame, adjustable metal legs, and a modern slot type waste-overflow fitting. In addition to this, these freestanding bathtubs are also lightweight and generally less expensive than bathtubs constructed of other materials like solid surface or other composites and require very little maintenance. Moreover, these bathtubs can be repaired and restored easily.

Freestanding Stone Tubs

Aquatica DurateX™ is an amalgamated material consisting mostly of lightweight composite fabrics bonded to polyester resins and acrylic polymers. Moreover, the glossy, soft-touch surface has the look and feel of polished marble that makes it particularly appropriate for use in the freestanding bathtub manufacturing. The DurateX™ surface can easily be touched up to reinstate the original finish. Depending on the specific model, it is available in white satin and/or white glossy finishes.

On the other hand, Aquatica AquateX™ is a modern composite material formed by a mix of resin and mineral filler. Such freestanding tubs are available in white, concrete gray or black finishes with a silky smooth surface that is warm and pleasant to the touch.

Due to the ability to retain the heat of the water and its mouldability, the AquateX™ is ideal for use in freestanding bathtub manufacturing. At the same time as, other materials used in this segment once scratched or chipped remain damaged, AquateX™ is homogeneous throughout; thus, even scratches and small chipped patches can be restored with a microfiber cloth or Scotch-Brite™ non-scratch dishwashing sponge and commercially abrasive dishwashing gel.
